One way or another, for over 20 years, I have been mentoring and coaching people of all ages. I identify the desired change, help to build the belief that change is possible, help them identify resources and efficient ways to incorporate steps towards their transformation into their daily lives. I also help them renegotiate work and family relationships so they can be reconfigured to be supportive of these areas of growth.
About 8 years ago, at a personal development workshop, I realized that what I was most inspired by was coaching. As a teacher, minister, catechist, non-profit advisor, board member, trainer, speaker, mom and friend, I love to do this sacred work of coaching because I can help people experience real change in their life, even very significant change. when they have those aspects of coaching available to them. I have lived it in my own life and had the fortune of having many coaching mentors. I have hired personally some of the best coaches in the world to accelerate my learning curve and shorten my path to professional, personal, and relational success.
When it comes to Isagenix coaching, I have come to believe that the pay that we receive from the company is not truly for marketing, recruiting, education or sales. It is really about our coaching. How well do we help people identify areas of desired change? How well do we help them understand what resources are available to them, in life and in Isagenix? How well do we help them incorporate sustainable new habits into their existing responsibilities and priorities? How well do we empower and equip them to teach others how to be a supportive part of these healthy lifestyle changes? As goals are met, how well do we help our clients and team members identify new goals and areas of inspiration, in order to continue inspiring themselves to grow and improve instead of settling into apathy or a comfort zone?
Isagenix is a unique company that doesn’t charge people for becoming a distributor versus consumer. Isagenix products have immediate, visible results. The company also has negligible requirements for people to earn income. Because of this, there is a very low threshold on who can actually find themselves in the position of being an Isagenix cleanse coach.
